Darren Gass
Biography:
Darren received his BA in chemistry from Earlham College (Richmond, IN) in 2016 and is expected to graduate in 2024. In his free time he enjoys watching science fiction movies, reading graphic novels, and playing video games.
Current Area:
Darren's research is focused on applying deuterium labeling to investigate fragmentation mechanisms from ion/ion reactions involving metal-adducted carbohydrates and peptides. He is also interested in developing new methods for distinguishing isomeric carbohydrates and peptides using deuterium labeling.
