Terrific Teachers! Way to go Alexis and Maddie

As scientists, we believe it is just as important to effectively and accessibly share our research as it is to preform said research. We carry this attitude forward to the role we fulfill here at Baylor in our TA positions. The students we interact with on a weekly basis give us a chance to share our interest in science, share the worldview of our profession, and to share in a camaraderie of experiencing life together.

Both Alexis Edwards and Madeline Bannon have been recognized for their dedication and excellence in teaching this year by Baylor’s Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry and have received the 2023 Outstanding TA Award!
