Terrific Teacher! Way To Go Lyssa!

Being a TA is a fundamental part of the training of our Chemistry/Biochemistry Graduate students at Baylor. This is often a large shift in mindset for Grad students to transition from mastering material for their own learning to conveying it to someone else. Today, I get to brag about one of our lab members who does it well!

Lyssa Garber has been recognized for her dedication and excellence in teaching this year by Baylor’s Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry and has received the 2024 Outstanding Departmental TA Award!
