Field Day, Hip Hip Hooray!
The Gallagher Lab celebrated the end of the spring semester as well as the graduation of several of our undergraduate members this past weekend with a (first annual?) Lab Field Day. That’s right, nothing says elite physical performance quite like a bunch of chemists tied together. We competed in five events, with each event being dedicated to one of our graduating seniors. These include, Emma-Le’s Emitter Splitter (tug-of-war), Andrew’s Fatal Fragmentation (water balloon toss), Kalina’s A Need for Native(-like) (sponge relay), Amanda’s Mobility Mayhem (Egg Race), and Hadden’s Coelution Competition (three-legged Race). We are proud of our undergraduate members and look forward to seeing what is next for them!
